Guangdong Yanying Hospital

Guangdong Yanying Hospital was founded in 1982, originally known as Guangdong Nongken Yanying Sanatorium. In 1999, approved by the Guangdong Provincial Institutional Organization Commission, it was renamed Guangdong Yanying Hospital. It is a direct hospital under the Guangdong Provincial Agricultural Reclamation Bureau, a designated medical insurance provider for urban employees in Guangzhou, a designated medical insurance provider for public-funded medical care in Guangdong Province, a designated work injury hospital for Guangdong Province and Guangzhou City, and a designated medical insurance provider for inter-provincial and inter-city patients. In July 2009, Nanfang Medical University's Nanfang Hospital took over technical management of Guangdong Yanying Hospital, adding the second name 'Nanfang Yanying Hospital.' After over thirty years of development, the hospital has evolved into a secondary comprehensive hospital integrating medical care, education, prevention, rehabilitation, and community services. It has one comprehensive building and one rehabilitation building. The comprehensive building is eight stories tall, covering 15,000 square meters, with outpatient services occupying the first three floors (1–3) and inpatient wards on four floors (4–7). The rehabilitation building is nine stories high, spanning 9,000 square meters, with a licensed capacity of 200 beds. The hospital features five laminar flow operating rooms—1 clean room (Class 100) and 4 clean rooms (Class 10,000).
