Fanyu Central Hospital Medical Group East Branch (Fanyu District No.7 People's Hospital, Shilou People's Hospital) is located near the scenic Lianhua Mountain Tourist Area and the Asian Games Town, established in 1958. After more than fifty years of development, it has become a second-class A comprehensive hospital with standardized management, strong technical capabilities, advanced equipment, high service quality, and a pleasant medical environment. In March 2007, it was designated by the Guangdong Provincial Health Department (now Guangdong Provincial Health Commission) and the Guangdong Provincial Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine as a "Model Unit for TCM Characteristics." On September 29, 2017, it was rated as a second-class A comprehensive hospital by the Guangzhou Municipal Health and Family Planning Commission (now Guangzhou Municipal Health Commission).
